At Holistic Physical Therapy, we work with all major insurance companies. We accept most insurances including Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Please call for details, as we verify coverage prior to treatment. We try our very best to not surprise our patients with unknown out of pocket costs.
In addition to insurance, we offer self pay rates of $75/hour paid at time of service.
Paying for Your Treatment
We always verify benefits before your first visit. We strive to provide you the most accurate information regarding your insurance benefits so you are not surprised with a large bill. In general, insurers cover physical therapy when treatments are medically necessary. (Depending on your insurance plan, you may be asked for co-insurance or co-pay payment, and deductibles at the time of your visit.)

Referrals by Your Doctor
If you have been referred to us by your physician, you should bring your prescription and/or referral slip on your first visit to Holistic Physical Therapy. You may also ask your doctor to send or fax the referral to us directly. (734) 241-2275, Please note in Michigan we need a prescription in order to provide physical therapy. Your physician may suggest a specific clinic but the law states you have a choice as to which physical therapy service you would like to use.
